Endeavour Foundation invites applications for Disability Support Workers to join our SIL homes in Banya.
You will provide person-centred support enabling independent living, from daily living tasks to community participation.Ideal candidates are calm, compassionate and skilled, able to handle complex needs and behaviours of concern.
A Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) is advantageous; multiple sleepovers and varied shifts are available.
