Role Overview
Enjoy daytime hours, Monday to Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm)
Work within a supportive and approachable management team
Be part of a values-driven, cooperative workplace culture
Based in Chermside, supporting clients across North Brisbane and Moreton Bay
Ideal for someone who is reliable, compassionate, and enjoys engaging with older adults
What You'll Be Doing
Assist clients with light household tasks to support daily living
Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations
Support clients to maintain independence and achieve their personal goals
Monitor and report any changes in client wellbeing
Follow individual care plans and maintain accurate documentation
What You'll Bring
A genuine passion for helping others, with pride in delivering high-quality cleaning and domestic assistance services
A current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
Current First Aid and CPR certifications
A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle (travel reimbursed under SCHADS Award)
Previous experience in aged care is desirable but not essential, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.




Holding a Certificate III in Individual Support would be highly regarded and would see you step into our qualified support work opportunities.
