Each is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Better Connect program across Sunshine Coast, Rockhampton or Hervey Bay, with travel across QLD. You will oversee multiple hubs, ensure integrated service structures and drive operational excellence while aligning with contract requirements and fidelity standards.

You will manage governance, budgets and reporting, support staff development, and actively participate in co-design to improve care pathways for mental health, AoD and suicide
