baking or equivalent Excellent dough break and piping skills Good pallet knife skills is an advantage Excellent technical knowledge of pastry cooking techniques Ability to maintain high and consistent standards Eye for detail and presentation Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role Physically fit Have reliable transport with a valid driver’s licence Be able to work in Australia without restrictions.
