About the Role We are seeking experienced Commercial Carpenters to join our team, with both Casual and Full-Time positions available . Our work includes commercial building projects, office and retail fit-outs, refurbishments and general carpentry works across Townsville. We are looking for reliable, skilled and motivated Carpenters who take pride in their workmanship, have a strong eye for detail and can work confidently both independently and as part of a construction team. Whether you're looking for ongoing full-time employment or flexible casual work, we have opportunities available to suit the right applicants. What We Offer Full time and Casual employment opportunities. Immediate start available for the right applicants. Ongoing work across a variety of commercial construction projects. Friendly, supportive and safety-focused team environment. Typical Work Includes Commercial building and construction works. Office and retail fit-outs. Framing, wall construction and partitioning. Door, window and hardware installation. Fixing, finishing and general carpentry. Installation of internal fixtures and fittings.



Building refurbishments and alterations. Defect rectification and maintenance works. Reading and interpreting construction drawings. General carpentry activities associated with commercial projects. Requirements Trade qualification in Carpentry. Current Construction White Card. Current Drivers Licence and reliable transport. Own tools suitable for commercial carpentry work. Ability to read and interpret plans and construction drawings. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable, punctual and professional attitude. Commitment to workplace health and safety. Willingness to undergo Drug & Alcohol Screening and Police Check if required. Desirable Skills & Experience Demonstrated experience in commercial construction. Experience with commercial building projects and fit-outs. Experience with refurbishments and building alterations. Knowledge of commercial construction methods and materials. Ability to work from detailed construction drawings. Working at Heights certification. Elevated Work Platform (EWP) Licence.
