We're looking for motivated people to join our growing sales team at Indi Creative, one of Australia's fastest-growing marketing agencies.

Whether you've got years of sales experience or have never worked in sales before, we want to hear from you.

Some of our sales representatives earn over $200,000 a year in commissions alone.

About the Role

You'll be selling digital marketing services to Australian businesses, helping them generate more leads, customers and revenue.

For entry-level applicants, we'll provide hands-on training to help you develop into a confident, full-cycle sales representative.

Your first 3 months may involve:

- Cold calling and speaking with potential clients

- Learning our services, sales processes and systems

- Sitting in on sales meetings with experienced representatives

- Receiving ongoing sales training and coaching

- Learning how to handle objections and close deals

- Building confidence in speaking with business owners

Within approximately 3 months, our goal is to progress you into a full-cycle sales position, where you'll manage your own sales conversations, run meetings and close deals.

For experienced applicants, there are opportunities to progress into a full-cycle role sooner, depending on your ability.

Who We're Looking For

Ideally, you're someone who:





- Is confident, outgoing and enjoys speaking with people

- Is motivated by money and career progression

- Has a robust work ethic and willingness to learn

- Can handle rejection and keep pushing forward

- Is competitive and driven to achieve targets

- Has excellent communication skills

- Wants to build a long-term career in sales

No previous sales experience required. We'll teach you everything you need to know.
