What you’ll do

- Prepare and cook consistent, high-quality pub meals through busy service

- Take responsibility for your section, from preparation through to pack-down

- Keep food quality,



presentation and timing on track

- Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to keep service moving

- Follow food safety and hygiene standards and keep your workspace clean and organised

What we’re looking for

- Qualified Chefs or Cooks with relevant commercial kitchen experience

- Experience preparing and cooking through busy service, with high-volume experience valued

- Confidence working in your section and a willingness to learn others

- Strong organisation and pride in the food you serve

- A reliable approach, dependable transport and willingness to support your teammates

- Availability across prep, lunch and dinner shifts, including weekends and public holidays
