Civitech WA are seeking experienced operators, formworkers, steelfixers and concretors for a variety of ongoing and upcoming projects across the goldfields. Multi skilled will be highly regarded.
As work is ongoing immediate starts are available for the right candidates.
Key responsibilities
- Formwork carpentry, concrete placement, or steel reinforcement work on mining, commercial, industrial or large-scale construction projects
- Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and engineering plans
- Ensure work meets relevant Australian Standards and building codes applicable to your trade
- Deliver quality work with attention to detail
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
About you
- Proven experience as a Formwork Carpenter, Concreter or Steelfixer in mining, commercial, industrial or large-scale construction projects, ideally 5+ years of experience in your field
- Current, valid White Card and other relevant trade certifications or licences
- Demonstrated knowledge of formwork systems,
steel reinforcement practices and concrete placement techniques
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and engineering plans
- Strong understanding of relevant Australian Standards and building codes applicable to your trade
- Physical fitness and ability to work in challenging environmental conditions
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and D&A; Screening
- Current drivers licence and up to date certifications
- Experience on mine sites is highly regarded
- Full Australian working rights
