As a Salesperson, your duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Customer Service & Relationships: Establish and maintain positive customer relationships by providing professional, explicit and effective communication, demonstrating initiative and delivering a high standard of customer service.

- Point of Sale (POS) Transactions: Accurately process retail and trade customer payments in accordance with company policies, procedures and operational requirements.

- Sales Enquiries: Manage and respond to customer enquiries received in person and over the phone, referring enquiries to the appropriate staff members when required.

- Order Processing & Coordination: Prepare, process and finalise customer orders, ensuring accuracy and coordinating with relevant staff to arrange collection, delivery and other logistical requirements.

- Sales & Invoicing: Accurately process retail, trade and wholesale sales transactions, including preparing and finalising invoices through the company's POS system.

As a Yard Person, your duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Yard Maintenance & Presentation:



Maintain a clean, organised and safe yard environment, ensuring all product displays, storage areas and customer-accessible spaces are presented to a high standard.

- Order Preparation & Packing: Accurately prepare, pick and pack customer orders, ensuring products are handled safely and orders are ready for collection or delivery.

- Stock Receiving & Handling: Receive, unload and inspect incoming stock, verifying quantities and product conditions against relevant delivery documentation and reporting any discrepancies.

- Stock Display & Organisation: Assist with product labelling, pricing, ticketing, merchandising and storage, ensuring stock is correctly identified, organised and displayed in accordance with company standards.

- Forklift Operations & Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts, where appropriately licensed and authorised, to load and unload delivery vehicles, transport materials and reposition stock throughout the yard in accordance with workplace health and safety requirements.
