Our client is a leading construction services company based on the central Gold Coast. A newly created opportunity has arisen for an experienced Bookkeeper / Office Coordinator to join their agile team.

About the role
As the Office Coordinator / Bookkeeper, you will run the accounts across 3 companies. It's hands-on, you will work closely with the external accountant and keep the office running smoothly.

This can be a full time or part time role.

Key responsibilities include:

- Bookkeeping
- Invoicing
- Accounts receivable
- Accounts payable
- Payroll
- Implementing policies and procedures
- Reporting
- Personal assistant duties
- Liaising with contractors
- General administration support

What are we looking for?

- At least 2 years experience in a bookkeeping or accounts administration role
- Experience with Xero and Myob




- Experience in the construction industry
- Strong excel skills
- A proactive mindset, with a focus on process improvement and keeping business operations on track
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to work independently, prioritise competing demands and follow through on outstanding matters
