About the Role
As Centre Director, you'll inspire and mentor a dedicated team, nurture a positive centre culture and build meaningful relationships with children, families and educators.

With an established leadership structure supporting you, you'll have the opportunity to focus on developing your people, strengthening educational practices and driving quality outcomes, while continuing to grow professionally and build on the service's success.

What We're Looking For

- Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA recognised)
- Proven Centre Director experience or substantial experience in a comparable senior leadership position
- Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQF,



QIP and Education and Care Regulations
- A confident, collaborative leader who enjoys mentoring and developing educators
- A genuine passion for building positive relationships with children, families and teams
- Current WWCC or VIT Registration, relevant First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification, and full Australian working rights

Experience with Qikkids, Xplor or similar childcare management systems would be advantageous.
