Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end accounts receivable, including payment allocation, credit control, and overdue follow-up

- Maintain and reconcile AR records across the booking and accounting systems (Navision/SAP)

- Assist with month-end and year-end processes including journals, accruals, prepayments and reconciliations





- Prepare trust account, WorldPay, BSP/IATA and intercompany reconciliations

- Support BAS/GST/FBT calculations, fixed asset register, weekly cash flow and variance analysis

- Assist with external audits, AP processing and ad hoc finance projects while identifying process improvements

Requirements

- Full Australian working rights required

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline

- Minimum 3 years' experience in an accounting or finance role

- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills; Navision/SAP experience highly regarded

- High attention to detail with strong analytical, reconciliation and problem-solving skills

- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting

- Availability for occasional international calls outside business hours

- Travel/cruise industry experience desirable
