To support our ongoing growth, we have an exciting prospect for an experienced property manager to join our team! This is a role within our long-term rental team where your property management knowledge will be highly regarded. We offer an attractive remuneration package for the right applicant.

Role requirements;

- Manage residential properties, including liaising with tenants and landlords

- Conduct and action maintenance requests and routine inspections

- Prepare leasing documents and rent reviews

- Conduct entry and exit condition reports

- Liaise with tenants, landlords, and tradespeople when required





- Coordinate the general day-to-day of your own portfolio and meet KPIs.

Candidate requirements;

- Current full Australian driver's license

- Property Management experience required or transferrable skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)

- Familiar with residential tenancy law and basic residential property maintenance needs

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, and resolving conflict using your relationship building/managing skills.

- Hold a current Assistant Real Estate Certificate
