We are an independent electrical wholesaler with a strong focus on industrial electrical, marine and mining products. We are a close-knit team that believes good service, product knowledge and looking after our customers still matter.
We stock a wide range of electrical products and consumables and source what our customers need when it is not on the shelf.

The Role

We are looking for a friendly, capable Customer Service person who understands electrical wholesale.

This is a front-line role.

You will be taking calls, talking with electricians and trade customers, processing enquiries and orders, and helping customers find the electrical products and consumables they need.
You don't need to know everything—but you do need to understand the electrical wholesale environment, know your way around electrical products and be comfortable talking to customers who want an answer.

Key Responsibilities

- Answer incoming customer calls and provide prompt, helpful service
- Assist customers with electrical product and consumable enquiries
- Process sales orders and quotations accurately
- Source products and follow up on availability and delivery times




- Build strong relationships with regular trade and industrial customers
- Liaise with suppliers and the warehouse team
- Keep customers informed and follow through on commitments
- Assist with general internal sales and customer service activities

What We are Looking For

- Experience in electrical wholesale, electrical supplies or a similar trade environment
- A good understanding of electrical products and consumables
- Comfortable taking calls and dealing with a wide range of customers
- Friendly, approachable and easy to talk to
- A sense of humour and the ability to fit into a small team
- Positive communication and follow-up skills
- Someone who takes pride in getting the right answer for the customer
