About the role

We're looking for a dedicated and customer-focused part-time Servicing and Customer Service professional to join the team at Call a Cooler in Perth, WA. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued customers, as well as ensuring our water coolers are cleaned and well-maintained and ready for use.

What you'll be doing

- Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service

- Inspecting, servicing and sanitising our water coolers to the highest standards

- Preparing equipment for customer use, ensuring it is clean, well-maintained and in perfect working order

- Maintaining records of service work carried out

- Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and professional manner

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
