You will be working in a business with a strong training program and demonstrated success growing Associate Consultants into Recruitment Consultants and Principal Consultant roles.

Key elements of this role will include:

- Business development, nurturing new client relationships and deepening existing client relationships
- Proactively sourcing high-calibre candidates in a tight candidate market




- Conducting in-depth face-to-face interviews to properly understand career drivers, and motivations
- Engaging in high-level negotiations with external stakeholders at all levels
- Being honest and transparent with clients and candidate

Your Background:

- Ideally 12 months of consistent experience working in white-collar recruitment or a solid work ethic, passion to succeed, and an ability to back your outcomes or
- A proven passion for working with people, networking, and providing great customer service. This can include experiences across hospitality, credit control, retail, etc.
- Strong sales experience or sales mindset coupled with excellent negotiation skills
- You are resilient, a team player, and a confident communicator
