About YouTo be considered for this opportunity, you must have:

- Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse through AHPRA.




- At least 12 months of full-time equivalent nursing experience as an Enrolled Nurse in aged care, acute care, or both.
- Current and valid National Police Check.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- Strong communication, clinical assessment and documentation skills.
- A professional, compassionate approach to patient and resident care.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- A reliable vehicle and the ability to travel between facilities are highly desirable, particularly for regional assignments and locations with limited public transport.

Your Responsibilities

- Provide safe, high-quality nursing care in accordance with your scope of practice.
- Support patients and residents with their clinical and daily care needs.
- Administer medications and undertake clinical procedures within your scope of practice and in accordance with relevant policies.
- Monitor patients' conditions, recognise changes and escalate concerns appropriately.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and communicate effectively with healthcare teams.
- Follow infection prevention, workplace safety and relevant clinical guidelines.
