Business/Process Analyst | Freight & Airport Operations
Sydney | 6 months Contract | Leading Australian Freight Provider

Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a background in aviation, airport operations, freight or logistics?

We're partnering with a leading Australian freight provider seeking an experienced Business/Process Analyst to support business process documentation, operational procedures and user guidance.

With the opening of the current Western Sydney International Airport, the organisation is undertaking work to integrate the new airport into its broader freight network and operations.

This role will support these efforts by helping document operational processes, system workflows and practical guidance for frontline teams.

The Role

Working closely with operational teams, process owners and technology stakeholders, you'll be responsible for:

- Mapping and documenting end-to-end business processes and operational workflows.
- Developing user guides, work instructions and operational procedures.
- Translating system activities into clear, practical documentation.
- Facilitating workshops with operational teams and subject matter experts.
- Identifying process gaps, inconsistencies and improvement opportunities.
- Documenting decision points, operational controls and hand-offs.
- Supporting change,



training and business readiness activities.

About You

We're looking for someone with:

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst or Documentation Specialist.
- Experience in aviation, airport operations, air freight or logistics is highly desirable. Please call this out in your CV clearly.
- Strong business process mapping and documentation experience.
- Demonstrated ability to develop user guides, procedures and work instructions.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
- Strong written communication and the ability to simplify complex information.
- Experience working with operational teams and enterprise systems.
