We are looking for an EXPERIENCED medical receptionist to join our specialist urogynaecology practice at Greenslopes Private Hospital.

We are looking for someone personable, enthusiastic and dedicated to the productivity of our practice. We pride ourselves on genuine patient care and satisfaction, ensuring a welcoming and positive energy in the practice. You will be working within a small team environment where communication, collaboration and accountability is imperative. The successful candidate will work closely with our specialists and receptionists, and report to the practice manager and medical director.





We are looking for someone who would like to develop their skills and grow with our business. You will be required to have excellent communication skills, multitasking, organisational, time management skills and attention to detail. You will need to be passionate about learning the business and building relationships with our patients and specialists.

The successful applicant will be rewarded with a supportive and dynamic work workplace as well as a remuneration package, dependent on experience, which is above Award Wage. Experience in private specialist practice is essential and experience with Xestro software would be advantageous.
