About the role

Perfect Landscapes is seeking enthusiastic and skilled Landscape Team Leaders, Operators and Labourers to join our dynamic team in Bunbury, Western Australia. This is a casual position offering flexibility and the opportunity to work on diverse landscaping projects throughout the region. Whether you are an experienced team leader looking to guide others, an operator with technical expertise, or a labourer keen to develop your skills in the landscaping industry, we have opportunities for you. You will play an essential role in delivering high-quality landscaping solutions whilst maintaining our commitment to safety, professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

For Team Leaders:

- Supervising and coordinating landscape teams on site to ensure projects are completed on time and to specification

- Providing guidance, support and mentoring to team members

- Liaising with clients and management regarding project progress and any concerns

- Ensuring all health and safety protocols are adhered to on site

- Managing tools, equipment and materials efficiently

For Operators:





- Operating landscaping machinery and equipment safely and effectively

- Preparing and maintaining equipment in good working order

- Following project specifications and design requirements

- Collaborating with team members to complete tasks efficiently

For Labourers:

- Assisting with landscape installation and maintenance tasks

- Preparing sites and handling materials as directed

- Supporting team members in completing project objectives

- Maintaining site cleanliness and organisation

What we're looking for

Team Leader Requirements:

- Proven experience in a landscaping supervisory or leadership role

- Strong knowledge of landscaping practices, techniques and safety standards

- Excellent communication and team management skills

- Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and specifications

- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel within the Bunbury region

- First Aid qualifications are desirable

Operator Requirements:

- Demonstrated experience operating landscaping machinery and equipment

- Sound understanding of health and safety practices in the landscaping industry

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Current driver's licence

- Relevant machinery operation certifications (such as forklift or excavator licences) are an advantage

Labourer Requirements:





- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn landscaping skills

- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour

- Reliability and punctuality

- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Basic understanding of health and safety principles

All Positions:

- Current Working with Children Check (if applicable to role)

- Ability to work in outdoor conditions across varying weather

- Commitment to maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety
