Liquid & Larder is recruiting Chef de Parties, Demi Chefs, Commis Chefs and the all important Kitchen Porters to join our teams across Bistecca, The Gidley, Alfie's and The Rover.

The Rover: A bustling neighbourhood cocktail bar serving freshly shucked oysters and tasty burgers.

Bistecca: An Italian cocktail bar and steak restaurant beneath Sydney's CBD, centred on the bistecca alla Fiorentina.

The Gidley: An opulent underground steakhouse where fine dining meets semi-respectable displays of gluttony.

Alfie's: An effortlessly cool city haunt that flips the steakhouse model on its head.

Full-time and casual positions are available across lunch and dinner services.

What We're Looking For

- Experience in a busy, high-volume kitchen (preferred, but not essential for Kitchen Porters).
- Strong organisation and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- A sharp eye for detail and consistency on every plate.
- Pride in your work and a commitment to high standards.
- A positive, hands-on approach and willingness to support the wider team.
- A desire to learn, develop and contribute to a great kitchen culture.
