An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Workplace Relations Manager to join a major Australian organisation within a complex, highly unionised environment on an initial 6 month FTC. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded WR professional who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands on workplace relations expertise.

Working closely with senior leadership, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping workplace relations frameworks, improving processes and supporting enterprise bargaining initiatives across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and continuous improvement of workplace relations policies, frameworks and procedures.
- Support Enterprise Agreement negotiation planning and industrial relations strategy.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to provide expert advice on complex workplace relations matters.
- Drive process improvements, workforce planning and WR capability across the business.
- Support Fair Work Commission matters, workplace investigations and complex case management.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and mitigate industrial risk.





About You:

- Strong background in Workplace Relations / Industrial Relations within a complex organisation.
- Proven experience developing WR policies, frameworks and processes.
- Sound knowledge of employment legislation, Enterprise Agreements and industrial instruments.
- Experience supporting enterprise bargaining, investigations and complex ER/IR matters.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with a proactive, commercially focused approach.
