The Role

- Manage a portfolio of approx. 200 properties, including some commercial
- Oversee leasing, compliance and legislative requirements
- Manage landlord and tenant relationships
- Conduct rent reviews and manage arrears
- Liaise with solicitors regarding leasing documentation and compliance

About You





- Previous experience in property management
- Current Real Estate Licence
- Robust understanding of NSW property legislation and compliance
- Confident managing arrears, rent reviews and landlord relationships
- Organised, proactive and capable of managing a busy portfolio
