Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver building projects from design through to completion.
- Coordinate consultants, contractors and project stakeholders.
- Manage contract administration activities.
- Monitor project scope, budget, cash flow, schedule and quality.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Lead stakeholder negotiations and project communications.
- Report on project performance and manage variances.
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards.
Mandatory Requirements:
- White Card
Highly Desirable:
- Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, Town Planning, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
- Experience in government or commercial building project delivery
