The role

You’ll speak with existing charity supporters over the phone, build rapport and discuss opportunities for continued support, helping raise funds for Australian charities.

Your day will include:

- Having friendly, professional conversations with existing supporters

- Explaining support opportunities clearly and answering questions

- Following established systems and processes

- Working towards individual and team goals





- Building your confidence through training, coaching and feedback

You’ll have structured training and ongoing support as you learn the role.

Could this be your next step?

Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, administration or sales can be helpful, but it isn’t essential.

We’re looking for people who:

- Enjoy speaking with others and building connections

- Bring a positive attitude and reliable approach

- Feel comfortable working in a phone-based role

- Are willing to learn and take on feedback

- Enjoy working with a team and towards shared goals

Your working hours

Monday to Thursday: 10:00am–7:00pm
Alternate Fridays: 10:00am–6:15pm

That’s a 9-day fortnight, with every second Friday free to relax, make plans or enjoy a longer weekend.

Location: Strathpine, QLD — in person.
