Multiple Temp/ Relief Facilities Managers Needed for Casual Opportunities across Syd to start over the next few weeks

Location - W.Syd & CBD

Commercial & Industrial Assets

Duties Include:

- Manage day-to-day facilities operations
- Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance
- Manage contractors, suppliers and service providers
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve maintenance issues
- Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire and lift services
- Ensure compliance with WHS, fire safety and building regulations
- Manage cleaning, security, waste and other soft services
- Monitor maintenance schedules and statutory compliance
- Manage budgets, purchase orders and invoices
- Build solid relationships with clients, tenants and stakeholders
- Coordinate minor works, refurbishments and office moves
- Manage incidents,



emergencies and business continuity requirements
- Maintain facilities records, reports and contractor documentation

What you'll need to succeed

- Previous experience working as a Facilities Manager or Similar

- Strong Stakeholder Management Skills

- Ability to pick up new systems
