We're not slowing down; we're ramping up. McDonald's Australia is preparing for a major national reinvestment and restaurant NEXT transformation program, starting in 2027. It will shape our footprint for years to come.

We're building a pipeline of exceptional Project Managers to join our Construction Delivery Team. You'll help deliver the next generation of McDonald's restaurants across Australia.

This isn't a role for someone who simply administers projects.

We're looking for construction leaders who can take ownership, make decisions, navigate complexity and influence stakeholders. They solve problems before they become issues and deliver consistently in live operational environments.

What you'll do

- Own the end-to-end delivery of new restaurant builds and reinvestment/refurbishment projects, focusing on time, cost, quality and safety

- Partner with Real Estate, Operations, franchisees and external consultants to plan, deliver and evaluate successful openings and reimages

- Manage tenders, contracts, budgets and contingency, acting as both project manager and superintendent

- Make sure every project reflects McDonald's brand standards and delivers value for our customers and crew





- Bring a continuous improvement mindset and respectfully challenge the status quo

What you'll bring

- A qualification in architecture, building, construction, engineering or a related discipline

- Proven experience delivering projects, ideally in QSR, retail, hospitality or multi-site development

- Strong knowledge of NCC/BCA, SOPA, WHS legislation and Australian Standard Form contracts

- Robust commercial acumen and contract administration skills

- Confident communication and the ability to build strong, trusted relationships

- Willingness to travel regionally and interstate as projects require
