Motel Manager

Permanent Full time

Abundantia Motels, require an onsite full time Manager to operate its motel assets in Major Regional Towns in NSW.

Requirements

- Diploma or higher in hospitality management.

- 3 years full time relevant experience will be considered in lieu of qualifications

- Minimum supervisory level hospitality management experience required

- Minimum 1 year of supervisory level hospitality management experience required

- Excellent customer service & communication skills

- Knowledge of reservations software & MS office

- Experience with any reservations software system required

- Australian work rights essential for this position

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Organising, controlling & supervising day to day operations of motel

- Overseeing Motel facilities and grounds, including Security and property maintenance, contractors & tradespersons

- Overseeing accounting and purchasing and financial reporting to the Directors





- Basic bookkeeping skills sufficient for managing financial reporting and accounting functions

- Ensuring the property is compliant with work health and safety and fire safety regulations

- Providing guests with superior customer service

- Assess and review guest's preferences, satisfaction and responding to guest enquiries, bookings and guest reviews

- Managing the marketing & promotions of the business via travel websites, local council and Tourist Information Centre
