Smart Solar is looking for an experienced, high-performing Phone Sales Closer to join our rapidly growing team.
We need someone who knows how to close sales over the phone, handle objections and convert qualified appointments into paying customers.
Solar or battery sales experience is highly regarded.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Smart Solar generates 85–120 current Energy Assessments every week, providing our Energy Specialists with a consistent pipeline of qualified appointments.
- 5 pre-booked appointments per day
- 45% conversion rate on initial phone assessments
- 50% conversion rate on second follow-up calls
- 7+ sales per week achieved by our Energy Specialists
- $1,300 commission per sale
- $5,000+ weekly OTE with uncapped earning potential
No cold calling. No door knocking. Just pre-booked appointments and closing sales.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience closing sales over the phone – ESSENTIAL
- Solar or battery sales experience highly regarded
- Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills
- Confidence closing high-value sales on the first call
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- A motivated, results-driven attitude
This is not an entry-level position. We want experienced closers who know how to sell.
WORKING HOURS
- Monday–Friday: 9 AM – 5 PM (office-based)
- Saturday: Work from home
- Position: Full-time
