With continued investment in their ServiceNow capability and a strong pipeline of major programs, they are looking to engage a number of experienced ServiceNow Developers who hold active NV1 Security Clearance.

The Role

Working within an established ServiceNow practice, you will play a hands-on role across the design, development and enhancement of enterprise ServiceNow solutions.

Depending on the program, your work will span new implementations, platform enhancements, integrations, automation and optimisation, giving you exposure to technically challenging environments rather than simply BAU support.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Developing and configuring ServiceNow applications, workflows and platform functionality
- Designing and delivering integrations using REST, SOAP and API technologies




- Building business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies and service catalogue solutions
- Supporting platform upgrades, enhancements and continuous optimisation
- Configuring and customising modules across the ServiceNow platform
- Translating customer and stakeholder requirements into effective technical solutions
- Contributing to development standards, governance and ServiceNow best practice
- Supporting the delivery of complex Defence and Government transformation programs

The Successful Candidate

We are looking for experienced ServiceNow Developers who can combine strong hands-on technical capability with the communication skills required to operate effectively within a consulting environment.

You will ideally bring:

- Active NV1 Security Clearance, mandatory
- 4+ years' ServiceNow development experience
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow configuration and development capability
- Proven integration experience across REST, SOAP and APIs
- Experience with business rules, client scripts, script includes, workflows and service catalogues
- Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow best practice
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments




- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- ServiceNow CSA, CAD and/or CIS certifications will be highly regarded

Experience across one or more of the following areas would also be advantageous:

ITSM | ITOM | HRSD | CSM | SPM | CMDB | Service Portal | Discovery

Previous experience delivering within Defence or Federal Government environments would also be highly relevant.
