Enbridge is partnering with leading organisations delivering major Data Centre Infrastructure, AI Infrastructure and Technology Deployment Programs across Australia.

We are seeking experienced Data Centre Technicians for multiple contract opportunities based in Sydney.
These are hands-on positions supporting data centre builds, infrastructure upgrades, equipment installations and deployments within enterprise and colocation environments.

Whether you are an experienced Data Centre Technician, Infrastructure Technician, Installation Technician or Senior Technician, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform hands-on rack and stack of servers, switches and network equipment.
- Install and manage structured copper and fibre cabling, including patching and labelling.
- Stage, prepare and deploy hardware across data centre environments.
- Support infrastructure upgrades, hardware refreshes and rack expansions.
- Conduct basic connectivity checks, testing and installation quality assurance.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow site safety procedures.
- Work alongside technical leads, engineers and project teams to deliver installations.

Skills & Experience

- Full working rights in Australia.
- Hands-on experience in enterprise, colocation or hyperscale data centres.
- Strong experience in rack and stack, structured cabling,



fibre patching and hardware installations.
- Familiarity with servers, switches, firewalls and network infrastructure.
- Experience supporting data centre builds, upgrades or deployment projects.
- Solid attention to detail, cable management and installation standards.
- Ability to follow technical instructions and work effectively within a team.
- Availability to work onsite and support project schedules.

Highly Regarded:

- Experience with Juniper, Cisco, Dell, Fortinet, Opengear or similar infrastructure technologies.
- Experience supporting large-scale data centre builds or AI infrastructure deployments.
- Fibre testing, structured cabling certifications or relevant technical qualifications.
- Experience leading small installation teams or supervising onsite technicians.

Location: Sydney NSW
Work Arrangements: Onsite data centre environments.
Rates: Competitive daily rates, dependent on experience, responsibilities and project requirements.
