THE ROLE – OWN IT. LEAD IT. GROW IT.

As Venue Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall performance and success of CRAFTY'S, working closely with the wider SITE Hospitality leadership team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Lead from the front – Inspire, motivate and develop a high-performing team that loves what they do.

- Create unforgettable experiences – Deliver exceptional service, great atmosphere and a venue experience that stands out from the competition.

- Drive commercial performance – Take ownership of the P&L;, including revenue, labour, COGS and operational expenses.

- Grow the business – Identify new opportunities, promotions, events and initiatives that drive foot traffic, sales and profitability.

- Build a winning culture – Recruit, coach and retain outstanding people while creating an environment where everyone can thrive.

- Own the operation – Oversee all aspects of a busy, large-scale hospitality venue, ensuring consistency, efficiency and exceptional standards.

- Bring the atmosphere – Understand how to create energy and excitement through live sport, entertainment, food, beverage and great hospitality.

- Maintain high standards – Ensure operational excellence, compliance,



workplace safety and responsible service practices.

ABOUT YOU – WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Proven experience managing a high-volume hospitality venue, ideally within a busy bar, pub or entertainment environment.

- Strong commercial awareness and confidence managing budgets, labour, costs and profitability.

- A genuine passion for hospitality, great service and creating memorable guest experiences.

- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building, mentoring and retaining high-performing teams.

- A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Creativity, initiative and the confidence to bring new ideas to the table.

- Strong communication skills, attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence.
