The Opportunity

An opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join the team and take ownership of a quality residential portfolio.
You will have the autonomy to run your portfolio, backed by reliable administrative support, established processes and a team that understands the importance of working collaboratively. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys property management but wants to do it in an environment where they feel supported and can see a long-term future.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end operations of a residential property portfolio.
- Oversee lease renewals, rent reviews and arrears management.
- Conduct routine inspections, ingoing and outgoing condition reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Coordinate maintenance,



repairs and ongoing property requirements.
- Ensure legislative compliance and maintain best-practice procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members when required.

About You

- Previous experience in residential Property Management, ideally at Senior level.
- Confident managing a portfolio independently.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive, professional and solutions-focused approach.
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle preferred.
