What might you be doing? Depending on the role and organisation, responsibilities may include:
- Coordinating fundraising campaigns, events and community initiatives from planning through to delivery.
- Supporting donor and supporter communications, including newsletters, correspondence and acknowledgements.
- Assisting with fundraising events, appeals and community engagement activities.
- Maintaining accurate donor and supporter records within CRM systems.
- Preparing reports, presentations and fundraising materials.
- Supporting income reconciliation, processing and reporting.
- Building positive relationships with donors, supporters, volunteers and internal stakeholders.
- Providing administrative and project support to wider fundraising teams.
What we're looking for We're interested in connecting with people who bring:
- Previous experience in fundraising, events, marketing, administration or a related field.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Confidence building relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- Experience using a CRM or database (desirable).
- A genuine interest in the Not-for-Profit sector and making a positive community impact.
