We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Property Manager with at least 1 year of experience to manage a well-maintained portfolio and enjoy real growth opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

- Minimum 1 year experience in property management

- Energetic, motivated, and passionate about real estate

- Strong communication and organisational skills

- Ability to build strong relationships with owners and renters





- Current driver’s licence + required real estate certification

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a well-kept property portfolio

- Conduct routine, entry & exit inspections

- Coordinate maintenance and repairs

- Handle rental arrears and tenancy enquiries

- Attend Saturday opens (Friday in lieu provided)
