Bailey & Dalton Electrical is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Qualified Service Electrician to join our Service & Maintenance team.

We deliver electrical maintenance, repairs and installations across commercial, industrial and council facilities throughout the Sunshine Coast.

We're looking for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, is confident fault-finding and can work independently while being part of a supportive team.

What You'll Be Doing

- Carrying out electrical servicing, preventative maintenance and repairs across commercial and council facilities

- Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults efficiently and safely

- Completing switchboard repairs, upgrades, testing and compliance works

- Attending scheduled maintenance jobs and reactive service call-outs

- Identifying issues and providing practical, long-term solutions for customers

- Completing job reports, testing records and compliance documentation

- Working closely with our Service Manager, Scheduler and fellow technicians

- Maintaining high standards of safety, workmanship and customer service

What We're Looking For

- Current QLD Electrical Licence – Essential

- Experience in electrical service, maintenance and fault-finding





- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently

- Experience in commercial, industrial or council maintenance environments preferred

- Good communication skills and a professional approach with customers

- Ability to manage your time and organise daily service jobs

- Current driver's licence and White Card

- Sound knowledge of electrical standards, safety and compliance requirements

Highly Regarded (but not essential):

- Open Cablers Registration

- Structured Cabling and Optical Fibre qualifications

- Split-system air conditioning experience and relevant refrigeration qualifications

- EWP and current LVR/CPR
