We're excited to be partnering with a growing boutique commercial law firm in Bondi Junction to recruit an Executive Assistant supporting the firm's Managing Director, Partner and Special Counsel

The opportunity has come about following an internal promotion, which is a nice reflection of the career opportunities within the firm.

With just under 50 employees across 3 offices nationally and plans for further growth, it's an exciting time to join. The culture is collaborative, down-to-earth and progressive, with a real focus on technology, teamwork and finding better ways of working.

The opportunity:

- Diary and inbox management,



travel coordination and day-to-day EA support.
- Work closely with senior leadership in a growing national firm with 3 offices.
- Join a team-oriented team with opportunities to get involved in wider business initiatives.

About you
You'll bring experience as an EA, PA, Legal Assistant or Team Assistant. You'll be organised, adaptable, confident with technology and comfortable juggling competing priorities.

Legal experience is welcome but not essential.
