We are seeking a motivated Workshop/ Production Manager for our SMART Fyshwick location.

As Workshop / Production Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our skilled technicians, ensuring repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Reporting into a supportive Repair Centre Manager, you'll lead and develop a team of skilled technicians while driving productivity, workflow, customer outcomes, and a strong safety culture.

This is a permanent full-time position working Monday to Friday.

What We're Looking For:

- Previous leadership or management experience within the collision repair industry
- Strong people leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop and motivate teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong organisational and planning capabilities




- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet operational targets
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Trade qualifications in Panel Beating or Spray Painting will be highly regarded
