Workforce International is hiring reliable and hardworking Meat Packers and Production Workers for ongoing positions with established food manufacturing companies in Wetherill Park and Arndell Park.

If you have experience in meat processing, food production, warehousing or general labouring, we want to hear from you!

IMPORTANT: These positions involve handling raw meat, including pork, working in cold environments and performing repetitive manual handling.

Locations, Shifts & Pay

WETHERILL PARK

- Day Shift: 5:00am - 1:36pm | $33.25/hr
- Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm - 10:36pm | $37.24/hr

ARNDELL PARK

- Day Shift: 5:00am - 1:36pm | $33.25/hr
- Afternoon Shift: 1:30pm - 10:06pm | $37.24/hr

Your Duties





- Packing and preparing raw pork, beef and lamb products
- Loading and unloading meat products
- Working on quick-paced production lines
- Repetitive lifting and manual handling
- Working in refrigerated and cold environments
- Maintaining hygiene and food safety standards

What We're Looking For

- Comfortable handling raw pork and other meat products
- Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual handling
- Comfortable working in cold environments
- Reliable with excellent attendance
- Available Monday to Friday
- Own reliable transport essential
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Previous meat processing, food production or packing experience advantageous

No previous meat processing experience?

Recruitment Requirements
