About the Role
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will help deliver an enjoyable dining experience for our hotel guests. Your duties may include:
- Providing friendly and professional service to guests
- Taking and serving food and beverage orders
- Preparing and clearing tables
- Assisting with breakfast, dinner, functions and events
- Operating the POS and handling payments
- Maintaining clean and organised food and beverage areas
- Following responsible service and hotel procedures
- Working as part of a friendly and supportive team
About You
We are looking for people who are:
- Reliable, punctual and committed to their shifts
- Friendly, approachable and customer-focused
- Well-presented and professional
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Hospitality experience is preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are highly valued
Essential Requirement
- Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate
