You will provide personal care, daily living support and complex health care assistance to people with disability, helping them live independently in shared homes or their own residences.
The role includes a 24/7 roster with sleepovers and night shifts. A current First Aid/CPR certificate and probity checks are required to support client choice and independence in the community.
