I'm excited to announce that we are looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a T-rista, T-master at our Morley location in WA 6062. This is a part-time role that offers a great chance for someone who is passionate about tea and providing exceptional customer service.

As a T-rista, T-master, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of tea-based beverages to our customers. You will also have the opportunity to educate customers about different types of tea, provide recommendations based on their preferences, and ensure that our high quality standards are consistently met.

Key responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve tea-based beverages to customers
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Educate customers about different types of tea and offer recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tea station




- Assist with inventory management and restocking of tea supplies
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point of sale system

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- Knowledge and passion for tea is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Must be dependable, reliable, and punctual
- Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
