Minor Hotels’ Oaks Nelson Bay Lure Suites is seeking a casual Guest Service Agent to warmly welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, and guide them to local attractions. The role requires a hospitality mindset, transparent communication, and a versatile weekend roster in Nelson Bay, NSW.

You’ll work across channels, process reservations, and provide personalised recommendations while upholding Minor Hotels’ service standards. Competitive hourly rates apply, with shifts scheduled 7:00am–11:00pm.
