Uniting AgeWell is hiring a Care Advisor in Bendigo to support older people to live independently at home. You will manage a caseload, develop personalised care plans and coordinate services with families and networks in a community-based setting.

This permanent part time role (30 hours/week across four days) focuses on wellbeing, choice and independence, with opportunities for training within a values-based, not-for-profit organisation.
