We are seeking a long term and enthusiastic staff member who thrives on early morning starts!!

Shifts may range between 4am and 2.30pm- flexibility is preferred. However study rosters and other commitments may be taken into consideration for the right applicant.

You MUST be able to work independently and productively

This position is not suitable for high school students or VISA holders

Barista skills are ESSENTIAL

You will be part of a small, cohesive team. Hours are set in advance- but flexibility is required to cover on occasion. Applicants will be expected to cover the opening of the store, its daily functioning and closing procedures.

If you are quick on your feet, able to multitask, have great customer service and are able to work well in a fast-paced friendly environment, we would like you on our team!

Greeting customers

To be considered for this role you should:

- Own transport- drivers license
- Be available on weekdays
- Have some experience as a Café All-rounder
- Be outgoing and friendly
- Experience working in a fast paced and high-volume environment
- Able to work well under pressure
- Follow instructions
- Work well in a team environment
- Outgoing and have a friendly personality
- Must have positive attitude, good work ethic, team player and communication skills and willing to assist in all necessary daily café duties
- Have a passion for hospitality, food, coffee and customer service
