As a Grounds Cleaner (Village Support Officer) at Rosemount Retirement Living, you will help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for residents and visitors. This hands-on role is primarily focused on cleaning, while also supporting the village team with basic maintenance, gardening, waste management and function set-ups. You will take pride in delivering excellent service and helping create a comfortable and enjoyable community for our residents.

How You'll Make a Difference:

Maintain high standards of cleanliness across the village and common areas

Support general onsite maintenance and gardening activities

Assist with the set-up and pack-down of activity rooms and village functions

Support waste management processes and ensure work areas remain safe and organised

Use cleaning equipment, chemicals, and personal protective equipment (PPE) safely and effectively

Identify and report maintenance issues, hazards, and incidents in a timely manner

Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a safe, welcoming, and resident-focused setting
