BARISTA RESPONSIBILITIES

Providing amazing customer service

Creating high-quality coffees and beverages to Zarraffa's brand standards

Preparing and serving food items in line with brand standards

Contributing to a fast-paced and positive team environment

Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the store

SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Providing support and guidance to the team

Maintaining product and service quality

Ensuring store cleanliness and tidiness

Maintaining accurate business records and compliance with policies and procedures

Creating a warm and welcoming environment for customers

Leading by example and directing teams in product preparation, customer service, and cleanliness standards

Fostering a positive workplace culture and promoting teamwork





ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the manager in leading and inspiring a diverse team to deliver exceptional customer service

Support in daily operations including staff training, development, compliance, and performance evaluations

Run team meetings as required

Leading by example in impeccable customer service

Ensuring profitability of the business

Ensuring effective communication with staff, customers, suppliers, and stakeholders

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, WH&S; and Food Safety Compliance

To be considered for the Assistant Store Manager role, you must have:

At least two years of restaurant/café management experience, with a focus on coffee and customer service.

A proven ability to manage staff and budgets efficiently.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate your team and create a positive work workplace.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff.

Experience in inventory management, budgeting, and cost control.

A keen attention to detail and the ability to manage tasks and deadlines effectively.

A deep passion for coffee and a thorough understanding of the customer service industry.
