About the role

We are seeking a Fulltime All Rounder to join our Bar & Beverage team at PIÑA in Potts Point. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in delivering outstanding service across all aspects of our dining and take away operations. As an all-rounder, you will be the backbone of our hospitality offering, supporting both our front-of-house and back-of-house operations with flexibility, enthusiasm, and a customer-first mindset. This role is based on-site at our Potts Point location and offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

Key responsibilities

Service to the guests with accuracy, speed, and professionalism

Providing friendly, efficient and attentive customer service to all guests

Taking food and beverage orders and ensuring accurate processing and delivery

Clearing and resetting tables promptly and maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the venue

Operating point-of-sale (POS) systems and handling cash transactions accurately

Supporting the preparation of the venue for service and closing procedures at the end of shifts

Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene regulations, including responsible service of alcohol





Working collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak and quiet periods

Contributing to a positive team culture and supporting colleagues when needed

What we're looking for

Strong knowledge of responsible service of alcohol practices and compliance with local licensing laws

Strong knowledge about food offering and products

Excellent customer service skills with a genuine passion for hospitality

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and during busy service periods

Flexibility to work full-time hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required

Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic IT skills

Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry items safely

Robust communication and teamwork abilities with a positive attitude

Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards

Reliability and punctuality

Preferred: Experience with cocktail mixing, wine knowledge, or food service would be advantageous
