Canberra Allergy, a growing allergy and immunology clinic in Deakin, ACT, seeks a Medical Receptionist / Administration Officer to welcome patients and support the clinical team. You will manage bookings, patient check-in, billing and records, ensuring smooth, on-time operations.

You will handle front-desk duties, triage referrals, send pre-appointment instructions and maintain confidentiality. Training is provided in our systems within a team-oriented clinic environment.
