Why Think Renewable Think Renewable is a national, award-winning solar and battery installer with serious momentum. We're not a "one crew, one van" operator — we're a scaled business with strong systems, consistent work, and a team culture that backs good people.

- Work alongside electricians and leading hands to hit quality + time targets
- Keep sites tidy, safe, and customer-ready

- Minimum 1 year of solar, roofing, or labouring experience required
- Confident with power tools, reliable, team-first
- White Card + driver's licence

- Working at Heights (preferred, or willing to obtain ASAP)
- Overtime/penalties available (great for weekly take-home)
- Long-term role with a national brand and a consistent pipeline of work
- Training and a real pathway to leadership for the right person
